MCAAP was founded in 2003. This website is developed to provide information, stimulate thought and discussions relating to alcohol abuse in the Nigerian communities.

MCAAP provides community wide actions, efforts with objects to reduce the impact of alcohol abuse and harm.

We believe that information is the key to achieving our objectives:

	To develop and distribute information materials on alcohol harm and its prevention,
	To develop supportive programmes for the prevention of alcohol abuse at the family, state, national and international levels.

Finally MCAAP has the special mission of bringing to the consciousness of all civilized persons and communities the understanding that alcohol is the king of all addictive drugs, the foundation of all the rest, and to emphasize the reason why it must not be abused.
